The Bin Blender is operated by a PLC system, which is connected to the safety sensors and to the locking system of the external structure, which activates the electric motor for the rotation of bin. This motor can rotate the bin clockwise or counterclockwise at a variable speed between 4 rpm and 20 rpm.

If the Bin Blender is not installed in a working area dedicated exclusively to that machine, it can be equipped with an external structure with an electro-locking system to ensure the safe mixing.

The Bin Blender produces an efficient mixing effect thanks to the 30° inclination of the bin respect to the rotation axis of the machine.
It is designed with a highly technological design and a structure that makes it easy to make maintenance activities and clean. 

 It is made of the following components:

  • Galvanized carbon steel internal structure that represents the machine carrier structure. The arm which support load and the gearmotor are fixed on this structure.
  • External stainless steel AISI 304 Casing.
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 security Frame with lexan panels which encompass the bin to be mixed. The entry in the mixing area is allowed by two doors equipped with electro-locking system.
  • Anti-static wheels with stainless steel AISI 304 support that allow the easy movement of the machine within the department; The rear casters are fitted with a brake.
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 Arm designed to blend Bin of 5 liters to 300 liters, with a maximum capacity of 150 kgs.
  • Touch panel from which it’s possible to carry out the loading/unloading and mixing of the bin.

The Bin Blender consists of two main models, one that can mix Bin from 5 to 50 liters and a superior model that can mix Bin from 20 to 300 liters.

The Bin Blender is designed in full compliance with current "cGMP" standard norms and in compliance with current safety regulations, UNI EN ISO standards and ATEX regulations (when required).

Even the Bin Blender is in line with the design and construction philosophy of the AGIERRE; it can be customized according to the specific process demands of the Customer.
