BIN Blender Column
The BIN Blender Column AGR-LIFT series is designed and manufactured to be mainly used in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food Industries, specifically in those processes of handling of powders (mixing and handling) in order to optimize the production flow and avoid cases of "cross-pollution". It is suitable to be installed in powdery environments and in ATEX classification zone and/or areas (if required).
The BIN Blender Column could be also used as a Lifting column, it has a simple design made of a stainless steel AISI 304 external structure and galvanized carbon steel internal structure.
The Lifting system consists of a "worm screw" and "wheel gear", an unique system connected with a mobile "saddle" by means of a flange.
The arm rotation is made by a self-braking epicyclical gear motor guarantying power and elegancy.
The lifting system is adjusted by a limit switch by which can be regulated the maximum and minimum lifting height of arm according to specific application and process requirements.
The arm has a specific connection for Bin with a 10° angle for a better mixing process.
The forks of Bin Blender Column have an automatic device of lock/unlock of BIN (patent pending).
All functions of the BIN Blender Column are automatically controlled (horizontal and vertical movement as well as all customizable technical specifications) by the control panel with PLC system.
The BIN Blender Column, as well as the Lifting Colum of AGR-LIFT series, is manufactured in compliance with the "cGMP guidelines" and UNI EN ISO safety norms.
Upon request, it could be equipped with a protection system by means of infrared barriers or stainless steel gate.
