We offer 6 different production lines for batch and continuous production of any capacity of up to 15,000 units per hour.

Our G40 gummy production lines are designed with precision, efficiency, and flexibility in mind.

The servo-drive doctors maintain consistent gummy weight to minimize waste. A cooling tunnel, an auto oil spraying system, and quick-release moulds ensure streamlined production at every step of the process.

Together with a PLC control system, the LED touch panel makes operation intuitive and customizable. You can set up an in-line automatic injection of colours, flavours, and more.

SaintyCo’s gummy production lines include electrical circuits from world-famous brands like Siemens, enhancing the reliability of our machinery.

Every part is designed to maximize food-contact safety and hygiene for healthcare applications.

Batch Cooking System for pectin gummy
-1x 100L Jacket heated Pectin and sugar dissolving tank with High shear mixer and variable speed drive.
– Heated transfer pump with variable speed control
– Hot water recirculation system including Jacket transfer pipes, water tank with heaters and recirculation pump
